Open to ALL cadets.
First come first serve, up to 90 participants allowed. Sign up here by January 31, 2026.
Cadets who do not have a filled-out Code of Conduct will NOT be able to go. Please see the list below.
CADET SUMMER TRAINING APPLICATIONS
Cadets interested in going to summer training this summer must apply through the link below.
Summer training is for cadets in level 2+ and there are a variety of courses available to choose from.
Dates for summer courses will be available in the signup sheet. Please see here for a full list of available courses.
For virtual courses, cadets must have a stable internet connection as it will be conducted at home (you must be using Canadian servers while in virtual camp). For in-person courses, cadets must have an active bank account to their name, as they are entitled to a $60/week training allocation bonus.
RANGE
Range Night will on Monday evenings from 1830-2100h
Range night is temporarily only open for cadets who have made the range team. The range team needs to practice for their upcoming competition in February.
After the competition, range night will reopen for all cadets. Please check the email every week to see when you can return to range nights.

IMPORTANT – ALL CADETS – Code of Conducts
ALL returning cadets must print, fill out and sign the Cadet Code of Conduct and return it to the Admin O by next Thursday
Make sure it has a parent signature on it before returning it
New cadets do not need to do this

IMPORTANT – ALL CADETS – EMAILS
If you are emailing the 135 email address, or any officer, please make sure you include your full name and rank.
This will allow faster responses and communication from the officers.
IMPORTANT – ALL CADETS – ATTENDANCE AND ABSENCES
Please note, we are taking attendance at opening parade in flights
Fall into your flight at the beginning of the night and a senior cadet will call out attendance. Remember we now have three flights, if you do not know which one you are in, ask a senior cadet or come to the office and ask.
If you arrive late/after attendance has been taken, please make your way to the office and speak to Capt Fallah so she can change the attendance to mark you present.

We will be heavily relying on Cadet365 this year, please email 135air@cadets.gc.ca and Joseph.Jeon@cadets.gc.ca if you cannot access your account
NEW CADETS will receive an email once their account has been set up.
Starting this year, you will need C365 to sign up to any activity (flying, FTX, external band, spots, ground school, etc.)

Weekly Band Practices:
When: Mondays from 1830-2130h
Where: HMCS Discovery Naval Reserve – 1200 Stanley Park Drive, Vancouver BC, V6G 3E2
When: Tuesdays from 1830-2130h
Where: Hoffmeister Building – 1755 West 1st Ave, Vancouver BC, V6J 0G7
There will be two practices this year, however, band members are expected to attend at least one of the two practices each week.
EFFECTIVE SPEAKING
Any cadets interesting in joining the effective speaking program, sign up via the link below.
Dates: Weekly on Tuesdays from 1800-1900h via C365 – Microsoft Teams
Effective speaking gives cadets an opportunity to learn how to communicate effectively in front of an audience. This program will instill confidence in cadet’s abilities to speak clearly and persuasively.

DRILL TEAM
If you are interested in refining your drill, learning advanced drill, improving your uniform standards, and showcasing your skills in a drill competition, please email Joseph.Jeon@cadets.gc.ca
